Harriman is a large park so knowing where you want to go or being willing to explore is a must. Hours vary and parking is in marked locations. Do not park anywhere. Roads do close in the off season. Great for hiking, fishing and enjoying nature.
Great park! So close to NYC. Lots of wildlife: bears, otters, twinks, twunks, chasers especially on the weekends.
